At Reclaim Men's Health, we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your original purchase date β€” no questions asked.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date. Both opened and unopened products are eligible. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request.

We process refunds for the following reasons:

β€” Wrong item received
β€” Order never arrived
β€” Product did not meet your expectations after consistent use

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order. Limit one refund per customer per product. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of our guarantee policy.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

β€” You will receive a confirmation email.
β€” Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
β€” Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription orders, the 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first shipment. Refunds for subsequent charges apply to the most recent charge only. To cancel your subscription and request a refund, contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@tryreclaim.org and we will start a carrier investigation and resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. If your order has already shipped, please follow the refund process above.
