By accessing or using tryreclaim.org and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Products & Medical Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements for personal use only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You must be 18 years or older to purchase. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you take medication or have a diagnosed medical condition.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Reclaim Men's Health to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate selected at checkout ($36.75–$46.55 per unit depending on plan) unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans are available in the following tiers:

— 6-Month Supply: $36.75 per bottle, billed every 6 months ($220.50)
— 3-Month Supply: $41.65 per bottle, billed every 3 months ($124.95)
— 1-Month Supply: $46.55 per bottle, billed monthly

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

IMPORTANT — AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged at the rate shown above unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal. You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge.

How to cancel: You may cancel at any time using any of the following methods:

Cancellations take effect within 24 hours. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. No cancellation fees apply.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time (non-subscription) purchases are available at $49.00 per bottle plus applicable shipping. One-time purchases are single transactions and do not auto-renew.

4. Payment

All prices are in US dollars. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affects their subscription and may cancel before the new rate takes effect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7-12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10-15 business days. 6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your original purchase date for a full refund — even if the bottle is empty. See our Refund Policy for full details including eligibility, process, and timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tryreclaim.org — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned or licensed by Founders Commerce LLC dba Reclaim Men's Health and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that products or information will meet your expectations, produce specific health outcomes, or be error-free. Individual results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founders Commerce LLC dba Reclaim Men's Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted individually — class or representative actions are waived. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@tryreclaim.org with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
