Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all subscription orders. One-time orders: shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. In many cases your order is processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 7-12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 10-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

We ship via USPS and partner carriers to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information for each shipment. To update your shipping address for future deliveries, log into your account or contact our support team before your next billing date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@tryreclaim.org.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@tryreclaim.org within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within 20 business days of your order date, or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund if necessary.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@tryreclaim.org. We can only update addresses before the order has shipped.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no supplement branding on the outside of the shipping box. Your billing statement shows "Reclaim Health" — nothing more.
